Rare Antique Sterling Silver Dip Pen Carpenters Pencil Combo Hallmarked Chester 1904 by F. M & Co. I believe the maker is a relation to Sampson Mordan but we are unable to confirm the mark so cannot be certain. In good and functional condition for age with some tarnishing and age related marks noted.
