We have chosen to provide free insured delivery for all items sold to the UK mainland. Here are the details of how most items are posted:
Dispatch Time: 48 Business Hours from Payment
Items under £80: Posted with Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed
Items over £80: Posted with Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm
If you need an item within a specific timeframe, please do contact us. We will do our best to meet your requirements.
We will be happy to ship to outside the UK mainland. We have set some postage costs for locations we regularly ship to. If a cost isn't listed for the country or location you live, please contact us before you purchase and we can give you a shipping cost.
Some of the items we sell unfortunately include some animal based materials like mother of pearl. The sale of these items are restricted in certain countries, so please don't purchase these without checking prior to buying. We will do the same before posting, but want to avoid cancelling orders where possible.

Unfortunately on occasion items do arrive damaged. We do our best to package them safely it can still happen. If this does happen, please get in touch with us soon as possible. We will ask that your provide clear photos of the item, showing the damage. You can contact us via our Contact page.
No, none of the items we sell will be new. They have all been previously owned, the older the item, generally the more previous owners it will have had. We do our best to take high quality photographs and honest descriptions. We will highlight any damage, marks or imperfections that we find. If you are ever unhappy with an item purchased from us, of course you can return them to our business address below. This needs to be within the UK distance selling law outlined below.
Tell us you intend to return the item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Return the item to us in the original condition within 14 days of letting us know.
Soon as we have the item back in our possession we will refund your full purchase price.
