Limited Edition Heavy Vintage Solid Silver Gilt Egg Box Hallmarked London 1979. Good condition for age with some tarnishing and age related marks noted. I believe the egg is missing its stand but I am not certain.

Measuring approximately 6.2 cm length x 4 cm diameter at its widest. 
Weighing approximately 97 grams.
