Charming Antique Sterling Silver Based Hand Painted Flower Vase Stamped Sterling. Good condition for age, some tarnish, scratches and age related marks to the silver. The glass same scratches, some quiet deep, a chip on the rim and the hand painting is worn and lost in some places.
