Antique Victorian Solid Silver Sugar Sifter Hallmarked Birmingham 1860. In good condition for age. There is some heavy tarnishing spots in places, along with age related marks. Initials to the cartouche as per the photographs. 

Measuring approximately 13.6 cm length. 
Weighing approximately 20 grams.
