Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Propelling Pencil Hallmarked Birmingham 1894 A/F. We are selling this as found we cannot see the mechanism moving and it doesn't rotate smoothly so will likely need a repair or service. Some tarnishing and age related marks noted.
