Antique Sterling Silver Guilloche Enamel Nail Buffer Hallmarked Birmingham 1932. Good condition for age, scratches, small ding, tarnish and other age related marks. The hallmarks are rubbed and the buffing material has staining from age and use. The pins at each end appear to be missing but the top is secure it seems.
