Charming Antique Sterling Silver Gilt Blue Guilloche Enamel Handled Magnifying Glass Birmingham 1928. In good condition for age. No visible chips or damage to the enamel. Some tarnishing and age related marks noted. The glass surround is not silver. The glass is clear and functional.
